  • The Fazool Formaggio Frenzy is for dairy diehards and curd nerds ready to dive deep into the wild world of Italian cheese. We’ll start at a beloved local cheese shop before settling in for a seated tasting of 10+ cheeses from across Northern Italy—think mountain-aged wheels, funky farmhouse finds, and creamy classics. Expect regional variety, stories of tradition and innovation, and the kind of passionate cheese chat that makes you rethink your fridge.

    Naturally, wine and good bread are included. Cheese appears on all our tours, but the Formaggio Frenzy delivers double the cheese and triple the Italian food lore.

    In addition to your local foodie guide, lots of traditional and modern Milanese food and a selection of alcohol 

    Are your food tours public or private? How many people are on them?
    Our food tours are 2-10 people and open to the public. If you would like a private tour, you can contact us for more information

    Are your food tours suitable for people with food allergies or vegetarians?
    For most dietary restrictions and allergies, yes, but our tours include some visits to small producers without the capacity for a wide variety. Please email us to discuss your particular situation before booking.

    What should I bring & wear?
    Wear whatever you are comfortable walking in! Tours are held rain or shine. You do not need to bring your passport or very much cash as we will be paying for the food & drink you consume
